Sunday Morning Yoga
After you've enjoyed your breakfast, our yoga teacher will be arriving so head downstairs to our stunning fully equipped yoga studio, which has everything you need including mats, bolsters and elastics, just bring your active wear and fun!
The yoga teacher will take you through an hour-long class tailored to the group's experience. A sequence of poses to build strength and flexibility. Why not follow up with a dip in our hot spa.
Sunday Long Lunch
Merricks General Store is country at its best on the Mornington Peninsula. Between rolling hills & beautiful coastline, enjoy fine wine, food, homewares, lifestyle treasures & house-made produce at this much loved general store inspired by the rustic charm of farm life.
Their talented kitchen team turn the very best of fresh, seasonal ingredients into the most delicious seasonal-inspired country cuisine. Enjoy a long lunch by the fire or on one of the decks. Enjoy a delicious glass of wine with your lunch.

Arrive at Peninsular Hot Springs at 4pm and to be followed by dinner at 7pm.
Following breakfast, the Yoga teacher arrives at 10 am for a one-hour yoga class.
